We are a women-led 501(c)(3) climate education and clean energy workforce readiness organization committed to supporting communities by creating opportunities that strengthen local economies.
We prepare communities for the clean energy transition through climate education, workforce readiness, skilled trades exposure, and creative community-rooted capacity building programs. As an ecosystem builder, we create opportunity, expand access, and connect communities to pathways for building, owning, and sustaining businesses and infrastructure in the climate and clean energy sector.

Our mission is to reconnect communities, youth, and those who have been historically underrepresented, disconnected, or overlooked to the environment, clean energy, and climate space through culturally rooted, creative, and capacity-building programs that strengthen environmental and climate stewardship, community health, economic opportunity, and generational impact.

US — Boston
An early climate and clean energy workforce development afterschool and summer program for youth ages 11–24, spanning 18 industry modules across the full climate economy — from renewable energy and transportation to policy, creative arts, and entrepreneurship. Currently championed by the NRDC.
Uganda — Kampala
Clean Cooking & Briquette Making · Soap Making · Tree Planting · Recycling Education — delivered as hands-on workshops directly to schools and community organizations across Kampala, building practical climate and sustainability skills in youth ages 5–17.
Boston, Atlanta & Uganda
Environmental Storytelling · English in Nature · Youth Book Writing · Coloring & Nature Art · Face Painting · Climate Games & Activities — creative and language-rooted programming connecting youth to their environment through storytelling, art, and play.
US & Uganda
We partner with local and international schools and universities to build climate and clean energy literacy — through curriculum partnerships, guest instruction, keynote presentations, and co-designed programming. We also connect students with working industry professionals and entrepreneurs, virtually or in person, who bring real voices from across the climate and sustainability space.
Our community economic development work is rooted in Uganda — and grounded in a simple belief: real solutions are built from within communities, not imported into them. Every initiative here builds local skill, generates economic ownership, and uplifts the people already doing the work.

Women-led natural soap production supporting hygiene access, workforce skill development, and financial literacy for single mothers and women in rural Ugandan communities.

A monthly social impact marketplace in partnership with Life Beach in Busabala — supporting displaced local business owners and budding entrepreneurs in lake communities with platforms, access, and visibility in the sustainable community tourism economy.

Uganda — Luweero District
A community-led training hub built from repurposed shipping containers in partnership with Hope Rising Foundation — vocational training in solar installation, clean energy systems, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on community ownership of infrastructure.
Uganda
We facilitate hands-on skill development in local farming and land care — including tree planting and reforestation, growing food and sustainable agriculture, and chicken coop management. This work reconnects communities with the land, builds food security, and develops transferable skills in environmental stewardship that participants can carry into their own livelihoods and businesses.
We believe climate knowledge should live in every medium — free courses, books written by youth, creative platforms, and storytelling that meets people where they are and speaks in their language. This is where our work lives in the world beyond the workshop room.
US & Uganda

US & Uganda
A co-authoring and co-publishing program producing climate and nature books written by youth themselves — putting young voices at the center of the climate narrative and into the hands of children in their own communities.
Some things have to be experienced to be understood. We curate intentional, immersive experiences — both in-person and virtual — that place youth, educators, and changemakers inside the climate and community story in ways a classroom can't fully reach.
Uganda
A curated group immersive experience across Uganda — spanning climate, agriculture, community, culture, and entrepreneurship. Spaces are intentional and limited. Participants leave with a grounded, firsthand understanding of the clean energy transition as it is actually unfolding on the ground.

US & Uganda
Immersive VR programming for youth in both the US and Uganda — transporting students into environments, ecosystems, and climate careers that may feel far from their everyday world. Delivered using our own Oculus headsets, available through school partnerships and youth activations in both regions.
We deliver custom engagements — workshops, keynotes, and consulting — for organizations, schools, and companies navigating climate, clean energy, and community. And because we are as steeped in Uganda as we are in the US, we also serve as an international emerging market liaison: connecting founders of color and climate-focused startups with the community networks, strategic relationships, and on-the-ground presence they need to bring their work to East Africa — and vice versa.

Our Approach is Rooted in Partnership
As an ecosystem-builder, we connect initiatives, networks, and partners to support continued learning, impact, and opportunity within the communities we activate.
We work with companies, community-based organizations, schools, educators, governments, local leaders, and climate startups to provide training, curriculum expertise, technology and equipment support, and infrastructure that help communities keep learning, building, and creating opportunity over time.
Training, Curriculum & Program Partners
We are seeking partners to collaborate on development of curriculum & implement programming, technical materials, and community impact activations.
This includes building connections with philanthropic donors, qualified experts, mentors, and educators who can support our initiatives in the U.S. and Uganda. It also includes direct support for training-of-trainers (ToT) models, helping us expand our efforts through local instructors who can continue teaching, training, and building capacity within their own communities.
Technology & Equipment Supply
We are seeking corporate & philanthropic partners able to donate or lend technology and equipment for our Ugandan program graduates to be able to train on real equipment and immediately apply skills to infrastructure projects in local communities/Uganda.
Shipping Containers for Modular Campuses
