Mutima Pads For Purpose is a nonprofit initiative under We Free Trees Foundation created to increase access to safe, reusable menstrual products for girls and new mothers in Uganda while advancing women-led workforce development.

Through locally made, eco-friendly, washable pad kits, we support menstrual health, reduce reliance on costly and chemically processed disposable products, and provide a body-conscious, long-term alternative that is better for the body and the planet.

Every pad kit is rooted in care, dignity, sustainability, and community. We train and hire women in local communities to make reusable pads, creating income-generating opportunities while building community-rooted solutions that expand access from within.

More than menstrual products, Mutima Pads For Purpose represents women-led impact, local skill-building, and a commitment to making healthier, more sustainable care options accessible for girls, new mothers, and communities. ♥️
